⚡ Please Read Before Booking

  • Do not book other appointments immediately after yours. Services may run over an hour.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Debit/Credit, Affirm, AfterPay.

  • Must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian sign consent.

  • No refunds.

  • No guests, kids, or pets allowed.

  • We do not work over other artists' work (brows/lashes) unless previously approved.

🌡️ Lash Clients Must:

  • Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup

  • No moisturizer on eyelids or forehead please

  • No mascara (especially waterproof)

  • No contacts during the appointment

🩸 Patch Testing

If this is your first time getting

  • Lash Extensions 

  • Brow Henna,

a patch test is strongly recommended at least 3 days before your service to rule out any allergic reactions.

​

✨ For best results, do not book your first-time service less than 72 hours before a big event or photo shoot. This gives your skin time to settle and ensures your final look feels confident and camera-ready.

​

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 48+ hours notice: No fee

  • 12–47 hours: 50% of balance due

  • 11-6 hours: 75%

  • 5 hours or less: 100% of balance due

  • No-shows: 100% of balance due

​

Cancellations due to COVID/sickness must provide proof; balance will be held as credit for 30 days.

​

⌛ Late Policy

Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time results in cancellation. Your original deposit is forfeited. No additional late-arrival fee applies. A new deposit is required to rebook and is applied toward the new appointment.

If your service cannot safely proceed because you have not followed the preparation requirements or have not provided required medical clearance, your appointment is canceled and your original deposit is forfeited. No additional unprepared-client fee applies. A new deposit is required to rebook and is applied toward the new appointment. Contact Beauty by Bee Nola before your appointment about any preparation concerns or an unhealed or irritated piercing, wound, or breakout in the treatment area.

💋 Infills vs. Full Sets

  • Infills: every 2–3 weeks with 50% of lashes intact

  • More than 21 days old = removal + full set required

  • Arrive with less than 50%? Prepare to pay full set price w/ possible removal.

🎨 PMU Policies

​

  • Previous brow work? Email bee@beautybybeenola.com with clear, unfiltered photos before booking.

  • Must be 18+ years old.

​

Important: Results vary. Skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare all affect healed results. No refunds will be issued.

​

⚠ Disqualification List for PMU

​

Please do not book if you are:

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Diabetic without doctor’s clearance

  • Prone to keloids or hypertrophic scarring(unless approved beforehand)

  • Undergoing or recently had chemotherapy

  • Surgery less than 4 weeks before 

  • Experiencing cold, flu, or illness

  • Using Accutane (within 6 months), Retinols (within 2 weeks; tretinoin: a month )

  • Taking antibiotics (within 2 weeks)

  • Have had Botox (within 3 months)

  • Epileptic, immunocompromised, or have major heart conditions

The preparation requirements and deposit-only consequences above apply to PMU appointments. Required medical clearance must be reviewed before the appointment.

💳 Payment Terms

  • No refunds on services or training courses

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally

  • In the event of natural disaster/pandemic, deposit will convert to a gift card
