The Following Listed below is SUPER IMPORTANT:

  • Please don’t book any other appointments directly after ours, appointments can run over an hour +. I cherish Quality over Quantity. 

  • Deposits are Non Refundable 

  • Accepting: Cash; Zelle, & Venmo & Debit/Credit Cards 

  • No Refunds

  • 5% plus tax fees will be added to all card transactions

  • I don’t work over other artist work (lashes or brows) unless its a Brow Correction I've approved.. 
     

  • Please arrive with Clean lashes,NO moisturizer around the eyes, NO eye makeup, NO contacts, for lash appointments.   

  • Patch Testing is offered & suggested to soothe the minds of first time lashionistas with sensitivities, using ACCUTANE  or those switching to new artist. This is especially for my brides, travelers, or anyone with a big photo opp. Please schedule a consultation (11am-12pm) or call (504) 294-5751 to see if we can squeeze in your patch test during the day.

Pmu appointments! ••PLEASE : Eat at least 20 mins before your appointment. DO NOT BOOK DURING YOUR MONTHLY CYCLE. Follow your Skin prep list closely.

*MUST BE OVER 18 or with parent to sign for consent.

NO services while pregnant, I apologize.

  • Please make sure to book the correct service. I will not have time to add on additional services to your appointment. If you old tattoo or existing ink make sure to add on the $100 Non BBBN Client/Correction to ensure your service has the time required. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment. If you arrive with this not booked correctly the card on file will be charged the full amount booked for.

••Also pertains to showing up with out proper skin prep: ie. Doctors notes for diabetics(read the skin prep list), discontinued retinols, vitamin A’s etc, you will be charged the full amount booked for. 

  •  In the event that a client fraudulently disputes a charge for a service I have completed, legal actions will be taken; your online client profile & camera footage from the salon will be used.

 

***Terms, conditions, confirmation emails, and service descriptions must be read prior to the appointment for your knowledge. Please make yourself aware of the 48 hour cancellation policy and the no call no show policy. Payment before or at the end of a service confirms your satisfaction. Once you have left the salon there will be no refunds because the appointments time has been used. In the event that a client fraudulently disputes any charges made by me, legal action will be taken and camera footage from the salon will be used.  

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/ Only TRANSFERABLE ONCE(specials not included)

Cancellation 

- Please allow 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any service/course to avoid 50% of your service charge.

 

  • Any appointments/courses rescheduled/canceled 12 Hours before appointment will be charged 75% of your service balance.

  • Appointments/Courses cancelled/rescheduled 5 hour or less pre appointment will be charged 100% of the balance. 

 

Giving last minute notice or no notice at all prevents someone else from booking that time slot. 

 

Email and text reminders are sent out days before your appointment. 

I apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but I cannot allow any exceptions. 

     * 50% of service/course payment is required for the following condition:

            -Less than 48 hour notification to cancel or reschedule. 

                                          *100% of service payment is required for following condition:

  •             - No-show or missed 

appointments/courses. 

  • Showing Up to your lash infill appointment with less than 50%

per eye or past the 3 weeks to the date mark.

(Must reschedule before the 48 hour window to avoid any fee)

*Stop by the salon or send in great photos with good lighting

to get an opinion on your 50% of lashes or less per eye

  •             - Showing up without proper doctors “you’re safe for this service” notes required for any service. ex: If you are diabetic, pre-diabetic, or experience gestational diabetes and you arrive with no note that’s requested from your doctor to OK your service you will be charged 100% of your service balance. 

••Another example, if you had a eye procedure using lasers; please reschedule enough time for you to heal. I have integrity and I care about just more than your lashes and brows. Health comes first! 🚨

  •             you’re sick with covid and need to cancel less than 48hrs you will be charged(the credit will be held for 30days with proof of covid). 🚨

 

  •              Cancellation/Rescheduling 5hrs or less pre appointment/courses.

            

- I cannot accommodate late arrivals as each service is created with the appropriate time and can take a little longer. I value each clients time and cannot allow a late client to run into the next scheduled appointment For this reason, if you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.  

 

  • Please be aware that late arrivals will be responsible for 50% payment of the service/course balance selected regardless of how much time is left in your appointment. 

          * If late the following conditions apply:

               - 50% of service payment is required if 20 minutes late. 

- No Guest, they will be extremely bored. 

Infills vs Full sets

Infills are required every 2-3 weeks with 50% of your extensions remaining per eye.  Arriving to your appointment with less than 50% will require a removal & full set. 

*****Infills that are scheduled after 3 weeks from previous appointment are required to schedule a removal and full set. 

PLEASE RESCHEDULE  48 hours before your appointment if you have less than 50% of your lashes to avoid fees.

Permanent Make Up

(PMU)

IF YOUR BROWS HAVE PREVIOUS WORK DONE, PLEASE EMAIL BEE@BEAUTYBYBEENOLA.COM CLEAR PICTURES (NO FILTERS, GREAT LIGHTING, WITH MULTIPLE ANGLES) BEFORE BOOKING, FOR APPROVAL. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, ON APPT DAY I WILL REFUSE SERVICE AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED ALONG WITH 505 OF YOUR APPOINTMENTS BALANCE.

  • Age requirement: over 18 years old.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot that goes towards the total amount. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH, or square with a 5% charge on the appointment day.

  • Do not consume any caffeine, tea, alcohol, energy drinks or fish oil (any ingestible oils) up to 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment.

  • Do not take asprin, ibuprofen, Niacin or other NSAIDs 48 hours before your appointment as this will thin out your blood.

  • No guest, kids, pets are allowed in the studio to prevent any cross-contaminations or unwanted distractions.

  • All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, face shape, any medications taken, the amount of times the area had been worked on, and aftercare. I cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients because everyone's skin takes differently to permanent make up. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without further notice.

IMPORTANT: Please view the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below before booking. If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed above, I will refuse service and you will lose your deposit.

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for anyone who are/have or with:

• Pregnant or nursing

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

• Diabetic( doctors approval note is accepted) 

• Chemotherapy

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Pacemaker or major heart problems

• Organ transplant

• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

• Accutane, in the past year; Retinol, Retin-A in the past 30 days.

• No antibiotics within 2 weeks

• Glycolic Acid (Chemical Peel) within 30 days

• Had Botox in the past 2 months

• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.

The policies are made to help you have the best experience possible. By making appointments with me you are agreeing to these terms.

 

RETURNS OR REFUNDS

There are no refunds offered for any services or courses. In the event that a client fraudulently disputes a charge for a service I have completed, legal actions will be taken; your online client profile & these policies will be used.

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required.  In the event of a government shut down (pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) deposits will not be refunded, but you will be issued a gift card for later use.

*The artist has the right to refuse service. 


COVID-19 PANDEMIC

In the event of another lockdown there will be no deposit refunds; however, you may reschedule once the lockdown is lifted. Everyone must wear a mask! Please wear a N95 mask, I will wear a mask as well. Please only bring in your wallet, keys and cell phone. Additional bags are be allowed in the salon as I try to cut down on contamination as much as possible. I will have to work with the time you have booked so please book the correct service. I’ve also added a grace period of 15 minutes. After that, I will not be able to service you and your card in file wIll charged 50% of your balance. I will keep in touch before all appointments to make sure we are on the page regarding new policies and safety protocol.

  • Due to a change in protocol and scheduling, More than a year later June 1st 2021 have made price adjustments. I want to make the best of our new normal by providing an even higher quality service.

1. MASKS MUST BE WORN PROPERLY THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE IN THE SALON. WE ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE ADULTS SO I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REMIND YOU. 

2. NO FOOD. IF YOU NEED TO EAT PLEASE ASK TO GO TO YOUR CAR TO DO SO.

3. NO LARGE BAGS/PURSES. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIT IN YOUR LAP.

4. IF YOU HAVE TRAVELED OR COME IN CONTACT WITH AN INFECTED PERSON, THE CDC RECOMMENDS WAITING 5-7 DAYS AND GETTING A COVID 19 TEST. PLEASE DO SO BEFORE RETURNING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, EVEN IN YOUR VACCINATED. 

5. NO GUESTS BY ANY MEANS 

6. IF YOU ARE SICK (cold, sinus infection, bronchitis, etc) PLEASE RESCHEDULE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITED APPOINTMENT AND A 100% CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE. 
 

  • All prices listed are starting prices. After you select your service you will be offered add ons (i.e. henna brow tint, brow lamination, Non BBBN Clients/Brow Correction)

  • NO GUESTS UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED. NO KIDS. Sorry but there are no exceptions. If you cannot comply, the appointment will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file as guests will not be allowed to enter the salon at all.
