⚡ Please Read Before Booking

Do not book other appointments immediately after yours. Services may run over an hour.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit (2.9% fee), Affirm, AfterPay (6% fee).
Must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian sign consent.
No refunds.
No guests, kids, or pets allowed.
We do not work over other artists' work (brows/lashes) unless previously approved.

🌡️ Lash Clients Must:

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup
No moisturizer on eyelids or forehead please
No mascara (especially waterproof)
No contacts during the appointment

🩸 Patch Testing

If this is your first time getting

a patch test is strongly recommended at least 3 days before your service to rule out any allergic reactions.

✨ For best results, do not book your first-time service less than 72 hours before a big event or photo shoot. This gives your skin time to settle and ensures your final look feels confident and camera-ready.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

48+ hours notice: No fee
12–47 hours: 50% of balance due
11-6 hours: 75%
5 hours or less: 100% of balance due
No-shows: 100% of balance due

Cancellations due to COVID/sickness must provide proof; balance will be held as credit for 30 days.

⌛ Late Policy

20+ minutes late = canceled appointment
You will be charged 50% of the service fee

Arriving without proper skin prep (e.g., no doctor's note for diabetes, recent retinoid use) will result in a 60% fee for the time reserved.

💋 Infills vs. Full Sets

Infills: every 2–3 weeks with 50% of lashes intact
More than 3 weeks = removal + full set required
Arrive with less than 50%? Reschedule 48+ hours in advance to avoid fees.

🎨 PMU Policies

Previous brow work? Email bee@beautybybeenola.com with clear, unfiltered photos before booking.
Must be 18+ years old.

Important: Results vary. Skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare all affect healed results. No refunds will be issued.

⚠ Disqualification List for PMU

Please do not book if you are:

Pregnant or nursing
Diabetic without doctor’s clearance
Prone to keloids or hypertrophic scarring(unless approved beforehand)
Undergoing or recently had chemotherapy
Experiencing cold, flu, or illness
Using Accutane (within 12 months), Retinols (within 30 days)
Taking antibiotics (within 2 weeks)
Have had Botox (within 3 months)
Epileptic, immunocompromised, or have major heart conditions
