If you choose to book after the consultation the $25 will go towards your new balance.
Cancellation Policy
Please text us at 504 294-5751 if you'd like to receive an invoice to pay your balance via Affirm, or Afterpay. We are located at 3515 Melvil Dewey Dr. (Pease put Beauty by Bee Nola {the metairie location} in your gps) upstairs on the second floor in Suite 208. Please take the stairs on the side of the barbershop. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/ Only TRANSFERABLE ONCE (not including promos) Please Type Beauty by Bee Nola in your Gps for easy navigation, not the address. Cash & Zelle is welcomed. Cash app, Venmo, and Cards will be charged an additional 5%. **Cancellation - Please allow 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any service/course to avoid 50% of your service charge. -Any appointments/courses rescheduled/canceled 12 Hours before appointment will be charged 75% of your service balance. -Appointments/Courses cancelled/rescheduled 5 hour or less pre appointment will be charged 100% of the balance. ** 50% of service/course payment is required for the following condition: -Less than 48 hour notification to cancel or reschedule. **100% of service payment is required for following condition: - No-show or missed appointments/courses. - Showing up without proper doctors “you’re safe for this service” notes required for any service. -You’re sick with covid and need to cancel less than 48hrs you will be charged(the credit will be held for 30days with proof of covid). - Cancellation/Rescheduling 5hrs or less pre appointment/courses. - If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. Please be aware that late arrivals will be responsible for 25% payment of the service/course balance selected regardless of how much time is left in your appointment. - No Gues -Lash Infills are required every 2-3 weeks with 50% of your extensions remaining per eye. Arriving to your appointment with less than 50% will require a removal & full set. -**Infills that are scheduled after 3 weeks from previous appointment are required to schedule a removal and full set. -There are no refunds offered for any services or courses. - *The artist has the right to refuse service.
